Puedes borrarlos tú, desde la aplicación, sin pedírselo a nadie.
Cómo
- Abre Coquí Domino.
- Entra a una mesa y toca el menú ⋮ arriba a la derecha.
- Toca “Borrar mis datos” y confirma.
Se borra en el momento. Lo único que guardamos fuera de tu teléfono es una cuenta anónima — un identificador aleatorio que se crea solo si juegas en línea — y eso es lo que se borra.
Si ya desinstalaste la aplicación y quieres que borremos esa cuenta, escribe a app.support@vivir.com con “Borrar mis datos” en el asunto y dinos aproximadamente cuándo jugaste en línea por última vez; no tenemos tu nombre ni tu correo, así que eso es lo que nos deja encontrarla. La borramos dentro de 30 días.
Qué se borra y qué se guarda

No hay anuncios, ni analítica, ni compras, y no vendemos ni compartimos nada con terceros.

You can delete it yourself, from the app, without asking anyone.
How
- Open Coquí Domino.
- Go to a table and tap the ⋮ menu at the top right.
- Tap “Delete my data” and confirm.
It is gone immediately. The only thing kept off your phone is an anonymous account — a random identifier, created only if you play online — and that is what gets deleted.
If you have already uninstalled the app and want that account deleted, write to app.support@vivir.com with “Delete my data” in the subject and tell us roughly when you last played online; we hold no name and no email address for you, so that is what lets us find it. We delete it within 30 days.
And if you do nothing at all: anonymous accounts unused for 30 days are deleted automatically.
What is deleted and what is kept
